Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a New Business Development Manager located in Pune with some work from home flexibility. The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, delivering sales presentations, managing accounts, and driving sales. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying market trends to inform business strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and Sales Strategies
• Experience in Account Management and Client Relations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the engineering or consultancy sector is a must
