Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through exhibition sales and corporate outreach
• Identify, qualify, and convert new leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Sell exhibition spaces, sponsorships, and participation packages
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

• 2.5–6 years of experience in New Business Development / Sales
• Strong background in exhibition sales or B2B organizational sales
• Proven experience working in a target-based sales environment
• Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with targets
