Job Description

We Are Hiring: Network Support Engineer

Network Support Engineers, SOC, NOC, Network Engineer,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage network security systems including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and proxies
  • Analyze and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
  • Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
  • Conduct regular audits of network architecture and access controls
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to secure networks, applications, and endpoints
  • Perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing
  • Assist in incident response planning and disaster recovery testing

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, or similar
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools and log analysis
  • Understanding of secure network design, segmentation, and access controls
  • Experience with VPN configuration, DNS security, and endpoint protection
  • Certifications like

    CCNA Security, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP

    (preferred but not mandatory)
