Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and technically inclined Business Development Executive (Field Sales) who can identify potential clients, conduct field visits, and pitch IT and automation solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working on the ground, meeting clients, and explaining solutions like smart automation, CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi solutions, and structured cabling. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients. Visit client locations, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable solutions from Bisintech’s offerings. Promote and pitch solutions such as: Smart Home/Office Automation, Wi-Fi & Network Solutions, CCTV & Surveillance, Access Control & Intercom Systems, Structured Cabling & Server Room Setup Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and solution design. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and opportunities in CRM. Attend industry events and build a strong network of referral partners. Key Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in B2B / B2C or technical sales. Basic understanding of IT, networking, or automation products (training will be provided). Strong communication skills in English and local language. Self-starter with a passion for sales and fieldwork. Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory. Graduation in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
