About The Opportunity

In the dynamic Telecommunications and Networking sector, we are seeking a results-driven Network Project Manager to join our team in India. Operating in a hybrid work environment, this role offers the chance to lead complex network integration and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational excellence across diverse client portfolios. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing project outcomes, and upholding regulatory standards.Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end network project lifecycles: from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Develop, monitor, and update project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in all network deployments.
Prepare and present regular project performance reports and updates to senior management.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in network project management and leading technical projects.
In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, telecommunications standards, and best practices.
Strong command over project management tools such as MS Project and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation.
Experience managing projects in a hybrid work environment with geographically distributed teams.
Familiarity with emerging networking technologies and vendor management strategies.
