Our client is an Indian multinational technology company based in Bengaluru. It provides information technology, consulting and business process services, and is one of India's Big Six IT services companies. Services include cloud computing, computer security, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, robotics, data analytics, and other technologies.
• Working closely with Eng Team (IP, Transmission, and Voice), as well as Capacity planning and Project manager to identify information and analysis needs.
• Should be able to navigate and extract information from systems such as Veritas, Phoenix, CCMS etc.
• Collecting and interpreting data relevant to the project.
• Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Reporting findings and data insights to relevant stakeholders within the business.
• Being able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ideally with Telstra background to minimize onboarding
