Network Manager

As a Network Administrator at Novac Technology Solutions Private Limited, your role involves overseeing computer network operations, network administration, network security, network design, and team management on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for optimizing network performance, capacity, and scalability, ensuring timely major incident resolution, and providing technology and process recommendations based on GAP analysis. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing computer network operations, network administration, network security, and network design - Leading and managing a team to ensure optimal network performance - Designing network architecture in multiple layers of networking - Troubleshooting network issues and providing solutions - Handling firewalls, routers, and switches effectively - Ensuring adherence to network security principles and protocols - Collaborating with backend support teams for incident management and escalations - Creating and validating IT network roadmaps and suggesting phased approaches for emerging technologies - Updating or creating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network implementations - Assisting the L1/L2 team with network device management, configuration, updates, and migrations - Utilizing leading networking tools for monitoring and reporting Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable Novac Technology Solutions Private Limited is a digital transformation and cloud solutions company with expertise in Financial Services, Insurance Services, Retail Solutions, and Digital Learning.
