Network Engineer

As a Network Administrator, your role will involve assisting in network design and implementation, providing network support across all locations, and installing, configuring, and supporting network (wired and wireless) and telecom (PBX/CUCM) equipment. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, partners, service providers, internal and external stakeholders, and providing network support to users. Additionally, you will deploy security improvements and system upgrades under the guidance of seniors and the security team, monitor network performance, create and maintain network users/permissions, and support users and infrastructure to minimize user impact. Your responsibilities will also include creating technical support documentation. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/BE/B Tech, BSC IT, or a related field. CCNA certification is a must, and you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a network administration role. Previous experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper switches, routers, and enterprise telephony is preferred. You should have fundamental knowledge of networking concepts, proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills, as well as hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities. The ability to work independently under minimal supervision, knowledge of computing infrastructures, familiarity with network management and monitoring tools, exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues are also essential for this role.,
