About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network Engineer professional to manage and support the technology infrastructure across our co-working centers. This role ensures smooth IT operations for both clients and the internal team, enabling a connected, efficient, and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across centers including Wi-Fi networks, LAN, firewalls, access control systems, printers, and biometric devices.
• Oversee ISP connectivity and ensure minimal downtime with quick resolution of internet-related issues.
• Set up and maintain hardware such as routers, switches, access points, CCTV, and AV equipment.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to the internal team for system, software, connectivity, and hardware-related concerns.
• Be the first point of contact for tech-related issues raised by co-working members and staff.
• Maintain inventory and tracking of IT assets across locations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT purchases, AMC, repairs, and support services.
• Assist in onboarding new centers with proper IT setup and connectivity.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and maintain secure access protocols.
• Keep updated documentation of system configurations, credentials, and standard IT procedures.
• Provide IT support during events, member onboarding, or special tech-enabled activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or IT operations, preferably in the co-working, facility management, or hospitality sector.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and basic security configurations.
• Good coordination skills to work with vendors and manage service requests.
• Strong problem-solving approach and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
