Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience

to maintain, optimize, and secure our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience with Cisco switches, wireless networks, and Cisco SD-WAN. This

role includes performing software upgrades, routine maintenance, and responding to on-

call issues to ensure the performance and reliability of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular network maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, patches,

and device reboots.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues

proactively.

• Handle and resolve on-call support incidents in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to plan and implement network changes

or improvements.

• Deploy, configure, and support Cisco SD-WAN environments.

• Manage and maintain Cisco switches and wireless infrastructure, ensuring optimal

coverage and performance.

• Maintain and enhance network security by implementing firewall rules, access

controls, and monitoring tools.

• Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest

improvements and maintain best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.

• Solid knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, VLANs, and

VPNs.

• Strong experience with Cisco networking hardware and SD-WAN solutions.

• Proficient in using network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark,

SolarWinds, PRTG).

• Familiarity with wireless network design and troubleshooting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation and to work flexible hours as required.
