Job Description

Skills (Must Have)

Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (Cisco/Juniper)
Hands-on with Firewall administration (Palo Alto / Fortinet / Checkpoint)
Experience in VPNs, Load Balancers, Proxy
Troubleshooting complex network issues at L3 level
Knowledge of WAN, LAN, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
Configuration and monitoring of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, (Nice to Have) :
Certifications like CCNP / CCIE
Knowledge of Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure/GCP VPC, Security Groups, Transit Gateway)
Experience with Scripting (Python, :
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot complex enterprise network infrastructure.
Handle escalation tickets and act as the final point of contact for L2 teams.
Ensure network uptime, security compliance, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for RCA and issue resolution.
Participate in change management and infrastructure :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
Proven experience in L3-level troubleshooting and escalations.
