Cisco Routing/Switching/ACI SOW includes the following:

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Cisco ACI(APIC/Leaf/Spines) environments including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization.
• Implement and maintain ACI constructs: Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts, Interface Policies.
• Work with spine-leaf topology and L3Out configurations.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance routing and switching solutions for LAN, WAN, and cloud environments.
• Configure and manage network devices like routers, switches, Cisco ACI.
• Select, evaluate, and implement new network technologies and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network performance issues.
• Collaborate with network engineers, security teams, and other IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching protocols (STP, RSTP, MSTP).
• Experience with network and data center ACI monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Configure and manage the Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC) to define network policies for application requirements.
• Automate network provisioning, deployment, and ongoing operations leveraging ACI automation capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues within the ACI fabric.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the ACI fabric.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the ACI deployment, including policies and configurations.
• Collaborate with network engineers, server administrators, and application development teams.

Experience:

• Able to convey technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
• Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching protocols (STP, RSTP, MSTP).
• Must have hands-on experience with Cisco Data Center environment/ACI Leaf Spines.
• Must have experience on designing and implementing data center fabric solutions using Cisco ACI technology.
• Must have experience on the Data center environment.
• Work with spine-leaf topology and L3Out configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus 9K series switches.
• Replace faulty hardware and update firmware as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.

Qualification and Certification:

• Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree in one of these fields. BE/BTECH/MCA or equivalent
• Certification: CCNA R&S/DC, CCNP Data Center or CCNP Routing & Switching candidate
