About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect – Networks to support and manage enterprise-level networking services. This role requires deep technical expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting across a large corporate environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and scalability of network infrastructure across global sites and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network services including WAN, LAN, Data Center, and VPN/Client connectivity.
• Manage and support a large corporate network infrastructure with over 30,000 users and more than 100 global sites.
• Experience on handling network routing protocols with service providers (MPLS, etc.,)
• Implement and manage Enterprise-Class Data Centers, especially in Spine-Leaf topologies.
• Deploying, Implementing and troubleshooting network infrastructure including Cisco Nexus 7k/9k, Cisco 6500s, ASR/ISR routers, Meraki, Cisco WAAS, and ACS.
• Implement and troubleshoot wireless network infrastructure for larger customers.
• Support and optimize WAN performance using WAN-Optimizers, Packet Shapers, and Load Balancers (e.g., F5 LTM/GTM/APM/AFM).
• Understanding of cloud network infrastructure on AWS and Azure including VNETs, VPN Gateways, VWAN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and Subnets.
• Experience on handling SD-WAN implementation and troubleshooting.
• Use SolarWinds & any similar products for proactive network monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in technology evaluations, Proof-of-Concepts, and service development initiatives.
• Collaborate across geographies and time zones to drive network excellence.
• Create and maintain network documentation using tools like Visio.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12-16 years of experience in Network Infrastructure functional areas.
• Should have worked on Network project as Architect.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with:
• Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco Switches
• Aruba / any centralized managed Wireless Infrastructure
• SD WAN networks
• F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM/APM/AFM)
• Cisco Nexus, ASR/ISR routers, Cisco WAAS, Cisco ACS
• SolarWinds
• AWS and Azure Cloud Networking
• CCNA/CCNP Certification in at least one domain (Mandatory)
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and in team environments
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency with Visio
• Flexibility to work across time zones and global teams
• Work from Office is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Other SD-WAN products such as Versa, Fortinet, Aruba, Velocloud
• IPAM Implementation and Management
• Prior exposure to ATT Anira, ATT AVPN, IP-Sec VPN, IZO
• Knowledge of network monitoring/diagnostic tools and packet capture analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work in large-scale enterprise setups with 100+ site WAN connectivit
