We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining enterprise web applications using VB.NET , JavaScript, SQL Server, and .NET Framework 4.8. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving best practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications using ASP.Net ( VB.NET ), .NET 4.8, and SQL Server 2016.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Jquery 3.3.1, Bootstrap, ChartDirector and Dundas charts
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through architectural improvements.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution architecture, and technical design sessions.
• Work closely with QA teams to support test automation and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
