Job Description

Primary Title: Full Stack .NET Core Developer (React)

About The Opportunity

A technology services firm operating in the enterprise software development sector, focused on building scalable web applications and digital platforms for clients across finance, retail, and healthcare. We are hiring on-site across India for an experienced full-stack developer to deliver customer-facing, production-grade solutions using .NET Core and React.Location: India (On-site)Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain RESTful web services and backend systems using .NET Core (C#) and Entity Framework Core.
Build responsive, component-driven front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux or Context API).
Integrate front-end and back-end through clean APIs: implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and error handling.
Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and ensure high code quality and maintainability following best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to translate requirements into technical designs and deliver on sprint commitments in an Agile environment.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and deployment activities to support reliable production releases and monitoring.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years hands-on experience with .NET Core (ASP.NET Core) and C# in production web applications.
2+ years building front-ends with React.js and TypeScript; strong knowledge of component design and state management.
Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and working with Entity Framework Core and relational databases (SQL Server).
Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with Git-based workflows, unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit/Jest), and CI/CD tooling.
Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work full-time on-site in India.

Preferred

Familiarity with Docker, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Experience with performance optimization, security best practices (OWASP), and microservices patterns.
Knowledge of front-end testing, accessibility standards, and automated end-to-end testing.
