Join our dynamic Digital Marketing team as a PPC/Native Ads Expert, where your primary responsibility is to craft compelling narratives that captivate audiences. As a Paid Ads/Native Ads Expert, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and analyzing high-performing ad campaigns across Google Ads. You will play a critical role in generating qualified leads, improving ROAS, and enhancing brand visibility for our diverse range of IT services and solutions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NEED AN EXPERT TO RUN AN ADS CAMPAIGN FOR THE ADULT INDUSTRY, AND THIS IS A MUST-HAVE REQUISITE.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies across Google aligned with business goals.
· Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Retargeting, and Lead Generation.
· Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
· Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
· Utilize Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to report on ad performance and generate actionable insights.
· Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives.
· Report performance metrics and improvement plans to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
· Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet lead generation targets.
· Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other networks.
· Perform keyword and audience research to identify profitable opportunities.
· Create compelling ad copy and creatives that drive clicks and conversions.
· Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, and ROI.
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with detailed insights.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements:
· Experience in IT services advertising is highly preferred.
· Proven 4-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Paid Ads across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
· Strong knowledge of Native Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Lead Gen Campaigns.
· Expertise in audience segmentation, keyword research, and bid strategy optimization.
· Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· 3+ years of proven experience in SEO and PPC management.
· Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
· Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Hotjar.
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and reporting skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for optimal campaign performance.
· Create and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rate, and cost per conversion, and make data-driven decisions for campaign improvements.
· Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance.
· Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
· Prepare regular reports and analysis for clients, providing insights and recommendations for campaign enhancement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content writers, to develop compelling ad creative and landing pages.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PPC advertising platforms and techniques.
· Identify and implement opportunities for campaign expansion and optimization.
· Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for PPC-related inquiries and updates.
