#OPPORTUNITY We’re Hiring | National Technical Training Manager – Professional Skincare (PAN India) Location: Head Office – New Delhi | CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA

An established & fast-growing professional skincare & salon br& is looking to onboard a National Technical Training Manager to lead technical education, capability building, & br& excellence across India.


Role Overview

This is a strategic + hands-on leadership role responsible for building a national training ecosystem for the Professional Division-ensuring consistent, high-quality technical education for internal teams, salon partners, & distributors.


Key Responsibilities

1. Training Strategy & Execution

2. Develop & implement a national technical training strategy aligned with business & br& goals.

3. Design & deliver training modules on product knowledge, facial treatments, protocols, & customer experience.

4. Lead Train-the-Trainer programs to ensure uniform br& & service delivery across regions.

5. Continuously evaluate training effectiveness & update content based on market insights & product innovations.

6. Technical Expertise & Product Support.

7. Act as the subject matter expert on professional skincare products, ingredients, & treatment protocols.

8. Collaborate closely with R&D & Marketing on new product development, testing, & technical content creation.

9. Support product launches through technical demonstrations, masterclasses, & workshops.

10. Team Development & Partner Engagement - Train & upskill internal sales teams, salon professionals, & distributors to build strong product advocacy.

11. Work with key accounts & premium salons to create customised education plans.

12. Maintain strong industry presence through regular engagement with salons, trainers, & professional forums.

13. Monitoring & Reporting: Create & manage a national training calendar with clearly defined KPIs.

14. Track post-training impact through feedback, sales uplift, & customer experience metrics.

15. Maintain structured records of training programs, participants, & outcomes.


Desired Candidate Profile:

#Education - Graduate / Postgraduate in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related field.

#CIDESCO / #CIBTAC or equivalent certification preferred.

#Experience: 8–12 years in professional skincare or salon training.


Minimum 3 years in a regional or national training leadership role.


Skills & Competencies:

Deep understanding of skin physiology, formulations, & professional service protocols.

Strong communication, facilitation, & presentation skills.

Comfortable with digital training tools, LMS platforms, & virtual learning delivery.

Strategic mindset with strong execution capability & stakeholder management skills.


Willingness to travel 15–21 days per month across India.
