Roles& Responsibilities:

1.  Channel Marketing Strategy:

●       Developandexecutetheannualmarketingcalendarandactivationplansspecifictothe

●       CollaboratewithSalesandTrainingtodrivebusinessgrowth,loyalty,andserviceupgrades

2.

●       Drivebrandpositioning,storytelling,andproducteducationinthesalonecosystem

●        Ensurebrandconsistencyacrosssaloncollaterals,POS,merchandisingandtrade engagement

●        Managelaunchesofnewproducts,services,andtreatmentswithsupportingsalon toolkits

3.

●       Planandexecuteseasonalcampaigns,salonoffers,andservice-ledpromotions

●       Manage product sampling ,trial programs ,and salon incentive schemes

●        Organizesaloneducationshows,masterclasses,launchevents,andbrandambassador activities

●       Buildallianceswithprofessionalassociations,academies,andhairdressingnetworks
