National Sales Manager

As the National Sales Manager at Chhatrapatigroup Jaguar Industries, located in Pune, Maharashtra, you will play a pivotal role in leading sales operations throughout India. This position requires a strategic and experienced professional with a strong background in industrial sales. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Mr. Sandeep Sonavane, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, you should possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in industries such as tapes, adhesives, foams, NVH solutions, die cuts, and plastic molding. Your skills in strategic sales planning, team leadership, key account management, channel development, as well as strong negotiation and communication capabilities, will be essential for success in this role. Your main responsibilities will include formulating and executing the national sales strategy, overseeing and guiding regional sales teams, establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners, and collaborating with product and operations teams to ensure alignment with market demands. Your direct reporting line to the MD will also involve active participation in strategic business decisions.
