National Sales Head

As a Business Head for South India within the Education sector, your role will be crucial in overseeing and managing the sales and operations of branches located across the region. With at least 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, you will lead the strategic planning and execution to drive business growth effectively. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will involve leading and managing the overall business operations across South India, executing strategic plans for sales and business growth, identifying new business opportunities, staying updated on market trends, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, formulating effective marketing strategies, supervising regional teams, monitoring sales targets and budgets, leading recruitment and HR functions, fostering a positive work culture, and representing the organization at industry events. To excel in this role, you must have proven leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends in the education sector, the ability to analyze data for strategic planning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel within South India. An educational background in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred, along with the capacity for decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
