Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS SQL Server ETL Validation and Data Testing. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data systems. Responsibilities Conduct thorough testing of data systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes. Utilize MS SQL Server for data validation and verification. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve data issues. Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and provide solutions. Ensure compliance with data quality standards and best practices. Document test results and create detailed reports for stakeholders. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving data processes. Oversee the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks. Monitor and maintain data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. Participate in code reviews and provide insights on data-related improvements. Assist in the development of data testing strategies and methodologies. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Qualifications Possess strong experience in MS SQL Server for data validation. Have a solid understanding of ETL processes and validation techniques. Demonstrate expertise in data testing and quality assurance. Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and cases. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills for root cause analysis. Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration. Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability. Show ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts. Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues. Demonstrate capability to document and report test results clearly. Possess a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience. Be committed to continuous improvement and learning in data testing methodologies. Cloud Migration project exposure is expected.
