Job Description: Test Lead Key Responsibilities Required to have experience in Functional/non-functional Test Execution and able to provide demos part of sprint delivery.Lead & Work along with a team of testers and ensure to be able to complete all testing deliverables on time Should have experience in on the verification and validation and testing metrics evaluationsUnderstand Agile methodologyPreparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design teamInteracting with clients to understand product requirements Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems Technical Experience Must have 8+ years of experience in web-application (i.e. MS Dynamics CRM) functional testing and non-functional testing.Experience/knowledge in Agile process and deliveryGood understanding of SQL queries with basic hands on experienceMust have hands-on experience in Automation testing preferably using RSAT or easyreproMust have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyse the results Designing and running tests on software usability Conduct tests, analyse the results, and report observations to the design team Must have result-driven, good communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design Professional Attributes Provides supervision to junior resources and creating standard documented practices where none exist.Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident.Client and stakeholder management.Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to details EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
