7-10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Strong knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate), Web APIs and Custom Connectors.
Proven experience with Workflows, Plugins, CRM SDK, PCF Controls. In-depth understanding of Field Service Scheduling, Resource Bookings, and Optimization Schedulers (RSO).
Experience with Azure tools including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
Exposure to Power BI integration for Field Service reporting and dashboards.
Experience in deploying solutions using Azure DevOps and managing source control (GIT).
Familiarity with Field Service Mobile administration and offline capabilities.
Strong command of testing strategies, defect triage, and coordination with support teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor developers and coordinate with cross-functional
