About the Role:

We are seeking a Backend Developer who thrives in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will leverage Spring Boot, Core Java, SQL, and REST APIs to design robust and secure solutions that support our business-critical applications, reflecting our core values: innovation, quality, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Optimize SQL queries and database structures for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Apply best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve system architecture and
workflows.

What Were Looking For:

Strong experience with Spring Boot, Core Java, SQL, and REST API development.
Solid understanding of backend architecture and database design.
Proven ability to work in collaborative, agile environments.
Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on reliable and efficient solutions.
Passion for building maintainable, high-quality software.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality
outcomes.
Should Work from Office, Monday to Friday, normal business hours
