About The Role

We are looking for a skilled

Senior Full Stack / Backend Developer

with strong hands-on experience in

Rust

, or a backend engineer who is

very strong in backend fundamentals and willing to learn Rust

.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs using Rust or be willing to learn Rust quickly
• Work with frameworks like Actix, Axum, Rocket, or Warp
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
• Develop frontend modules using React.js (Hooks, components)
• Work with Node.js for backend tasks or middleware where needed
• Implement microservices, REST APIs, async architecture
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning
• Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams
• Deploy and maintain services on cloud (AWS preferred)
  

Required Skills

• Strong backend development experience (Rust OR Node OR Go OR Java OR Python)
• Hands-on experience with Rust is a major advantage
• Experience with React.js or Node.js
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, async programming
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
