Nitro Commerce specializes in delivering in-market identified audiences targeted contextually with the most relevant creative, driving conversions directly on the brand’s own website within the same or multiple sessions

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Storytelling & Explainers

  - Develop animated product explainers, walkthroughs, and feature highlight videos. - Convert abstract product ideas or technical flows into concise, visually engaging narratives. - Sync motion with sound design, text, and pacing to communicate clearly and impactfully.

• UI and UX Motion Design

  - Design intuitive microinteractions, loading sequences, gesture-based transitions, and animation systems for digital products. - Collaborate with UX and product designers to define animation behaviors for onboarding, feedback, and navigation. - Build lightweight Lottie and Rive animations optimized for real-time rendering in web and mobile environments. - Use Spline and Blender to design and animate interactive 3D elements for rich, immersive UI experiences.

• Technical Execution

  - Render motion assets in multiple formats (MP4, Lottie JSON, WebM, GIF) with a focus on performance and quality. - Build reusable templates, animation kits, and components for scalable design systems. - Ensure animation assets perform well across browsers, screen resolutions, and devices.

• Collaboration & Communication

  - Partner with developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure motion aligns with both creative vision and technical feasibility. - Lead or participate in critiques, design reviews, and ideation sessions. - Document motion guidelines and integrate motion specs into design systems.

• Innovation & Continuous Learning

  - Stay current with trends in interaction design, 2D/3D animation, motion tooling, and UX best practices. - Experiment with tools like Rive, Spline, Lottie, or WebGL frameworks to push creative boundaries. - Benchmark against top-tier digital products and motion-first experiences to find opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics and interaction design for digital products.
• Strong skills in After Effects, Blender, Figma, Lottie, Spline, and/or Rive. 
• Deep understanding of animation principles, UI/UX design, and performance optimization 
• Exceptional eye for composition, visual hierarchy, and motion timing. 
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of product animation and motion storytelling
• Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or interactive design is a plus.
