Job Description

Role Responsibilities Design and create motion graphics for various digital platforms. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging multimedia content. Translate scripts and concepts into visually appealing animations. Develop storyboards to visualize concepts before production. Ensure all graphics and animations align with brand guidelines. Create engaging graphics and animations for marketing campaigns. Edit and enhance video footage to produce final deliverables. Work closely with the project manager to meet deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends and software developments. Receive feedback from clients and make necessary adjustments promptly. Incorporate sound design where appropriate to enhance viewer engagement. Organize and maintain graphic and animation files for easy retrieval. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas. Present design concepts and final graphics to clients or stakeholders. Support other departments with graphic needs as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse motion graphics work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Understanding of design principles and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in digital marketing content creation is an advantage. Adaptability to learn new software and techniques as required.
