Role Overview

Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Design & Video Creation

• Create motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for social media, ads, landing pages, and learning content.
• Develop engaging short-form videos (reels, shorts, ads) optimized for digital platforms.
• Animate text, icons, illustrations, and UI elements to enhance storytelling and clarity.

2. Brand & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate scripts and concepts into compelling motion visuals.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all motion assets.
• Create intro/outro animations, lower thirds, and transitions for videos and webinars.

3. Learning & Product Content

• Support the creation of animated educational content, course intros, explainers, and walkthroughs.
• Work with product and UX teams to animate UI flows and feature demonstrations.

4. Editing & Optimization

• Edit videos with attention to pacing, sound, transitions, and platform-specific formats.
• Optimize videos for performance, engagement, and conversion across platforms.
• Iterate based on feedback, analytics, and campaign results.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in

  motion graphics / video design

  (EdTech, SaaS, or digital brands preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video storytelling.
• Proficiency in tools such as

  After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

  (Figma a plus).
• Understanding of animation principles, typography, timing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating content for social media, ads, and digital campaigns.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with 2D animation, character animation, or explainer videos.
• Basic sound design or music syncing skills.
• Familiarity with short-form content trends (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
• Knowledge of UI animation or product walkthroughs.
