Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Engineer (Golang) who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications.The ideal candidate will bring strong backend expertise in Golang along with solid hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks.This role requires working across the full stackdesigning robust microservices, building responsive user interfaces, and contributing to event-driven, distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang
Architect and build scalable microservices with clean, maintainable code
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications
Leverage Golang concurrency features (goroutines, channels) for optimized performance
Implement event-driven and message-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js
Ensure smooth frontendbackend integration and optimal application responsiveness
Follow UI/UX best practices and collaborate closely with design teams
Ensure application performance, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility
Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
Continuously explore and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and development methodologies

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Golang
Strong proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js
Solid understanding of event-driven and message-driven systems
Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or Redis
Knowledge of network programming is an added advantage
Proficiency with Git and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
