We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Monitoring Analyst to support our infrastructure operations by overseeing system health, responding to alerts, and assisting with basic OS administration tasks. The ideal candidate has beginner to intermediate-level exposure to monitoring tools and wants to grow in an IT operations environment.

SolarWinds

Respond to alerts and perform preliminary triage of infrastructure-related incidents

Escalate critical issues to L2/L3 support teams with appropriate logs and diagnostic data

Support OS-level checks on Windows/Linux systems, including disk space, CPU, and service status

Assist in configuring thresholds, alert parameters, and basic integrations within monitoring platforms

Document alert resolutions, ticket progress, and incident reports as part of knowledge management

Participate in daily health checks and provide summaries to operations teams

Coordinate with service desk teams to ensure timely closure and escalation of monitored incidents

Windows/Linux OS administration

SolarWinds

Familiarity with SNMP, ICMP, WMI, or related protocols used in monitoring environments

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional support teams

Eagerness to learn automation and log analysis concepts

0–3 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring or service desk/NOC roles

Monitor server, network, and application health via SolarWinds, ManageEngine, and Zabbix platforms

Administer and fine-tune monitoring tools to optimize alert configurations and thresholds

Respond to system alerts and perform initial diagnosis for incidents involving system availability, resource utilization, and performance

Execute basic OS administration tasks across Windows/Linux environments

Work with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues and perform root cause analysis

Create and maintain dashboards, event logs, and performance reports for capacity planning

Develop automation scripts and schedules for routine checks and remediation

Ensure all systems meet defined SLAs and performance benchmarks

Document monitoring procedures, escalation flows, and corrective actions taken

Proficiency in SolarWinds, ManageEngine OpManager, and/or Zabbix monitoring platforms

Solid understanding of Windows and Linux server administration (basic config, service health, patching)

Experience with SNMP, WMI, ICMP, and log file analysis

Knowledge of system performance metrics, alert tuning, and event correlation

Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus

Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to incident resolution

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

2–4 years’ experience in systems monitoring or NOC roles

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Monitoring Lead Analyst to spearhead infrastructure monitoring operations and mentor a team of junior analysts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading monitoring platforms and a strong foundation in OS administration. This role involves setting up proactive monitoring strategies, optimizing alert workflows, and driving continuous improvement in system observability.

Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of monitoring tools including SolarWinds, ManageEngine, and Zabbix

Define monitoring standards and thresholds for system performance, network health, and application uptime

Mentor L1/L2 monitoring analysts and guide incident triage, resolution, and escalation protocols

Collaborate with system and network admin teams to ensure holistic infrastructure coverage

Perform deep-dive analysis of recurring issues and initiate problem management workflows

Conduct periodic audits of monitoring coverage and reporting efficiency

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for availability and performance KPIs

Support OS-level diagnostics and root cause analysis across Windows/Linux platforms

 Strong understanding of OS administration (Windows and/or Linux)

Proficiency in SolarWinds, ManageEngine, and Zabbix – including agent setup, SNMP configurations, and alert customizations

Familiarity with automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and integration with ITSM tools

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Proven leadership experience in NOC or infrastructure monitoring environments

4–7 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or mentoring role

Certifications in OS administration or monitoring tools are a plus (e.g., SolarWinds Certified Professional)
