Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Admin & Facility Assistant at TuTeck Technologies. The role will involve managing facility operations, coordinating janitorial services, and ensuring effective communication and customer service within the organization. 1. Assist in the daily operations of facility management and administrative support.2. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of office premises and facilities.3. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for facility-related services.4. Monitor office supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory records.5. Support in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.6. Assist in front desk duties such as visitor management and call handling when required.7. Maintain proper documentation and records of facility operations and services.8. Support health and safety compliance across the workplace.9.
