L2, (Meraki SD-WAN,CP firewall) Key Responsibilities Meraki SD-WAN Deploy, configure, and manage Meraki SD-WAN for branch and remote site connectivity. Monitor Auto VPN, traffic shaping, and QoS policies to optimize network performance. Troubleshoot Meraki appliances (MX, MS, MR) and ensure optimal uptime. Work with Meraki Dashboard for network monitoring, configuration, and reporting. Cisco Switches & 3. Basic Routing Install, configure, and manage Cisco Catalyst switches in a multi-layer network. Implement VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and other Layer 2 technologies. Perform troubleshooting and ensure high availability of LAN/WAN infrastructure. Checkpoint Firewall & 5. Palo Alto Firewall Manage and configure Checkpoint Firewall (R81.x) and Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS). Implement firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and security rule optimizations. Troubleshoot connectivity issues, IPS/IDS, and traffic filtering. Perform regular security audits and firewall rule reviews. MPLS Basic Configure and troubleshoot MPLS connections with service providers. Ensure proper routing over MPLS networks to support critical applications. Work with ISPs for link provisioning, latency management, and troubleshooting. AWS Basic Manage and configure AWS VPC, subnets, route tables, and security groups. Establish site-to-site VPN between on-premises infrastructure and AWS. Monitor AWS network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Cisco Routers Configure and troubleshoot Cisco ISR and ASR routers for enterprise connectivity. Manage WAN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing. Optimize bandwidth utilization and troubleshoot performance issues. Monitoring Tool: OpManager Deploy and maintain OpManager for network monitoring and performance tracking. Configure alerts, SNMP monitoring, and automated reports. Analyse network trends and proactively resolve issues before impacting operations. DHCP and DNS Working Troubleshoot name resolution and IP address conflicts. IPsec Troubleshooting Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IPsec site-to-site and remote access VPNs. Identify and resolve VPN issues related to IKE phases, encryption, and authentication. Ensure VPN stability and security compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, SD-WAN, and firewalls. Experience with Meraki, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and AWS networking. Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and MPLS. Hands-on experience with OpManager or similar network monitoring tools. Knowledge of IPsec VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and network security best practices. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
