MOEF Manager

Purpose/Objective

The MOEF (Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change) Manager in the Construction industry is a senior role that requires strong experience and expertise in environmental compliance and sustainability practices. As a key member of the environmental management team, the MOEF Manager will oversee and ensure adherence to all environmental regulations, policies, and procedures to mitigate environmental impact and promote sustainable construction practices.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures in line with MOEF guidelines. - Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and obtain necessary permits for construction projects. - Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices. - Provide training and guidance to project teams on environmental best practices. - Stay updated on relevant environmental laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.

Technical Competencies

Thorough understanding of environmental regulations and MOEF guidelines,Experience in conducting environmental impact assessments,Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and green building certifications,Proficiency in MS Office and environmental management software

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
