Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to achieve digitalization and process excellence goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and develop effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing digital transformation and process improvement projects.
Strong understanding of digital technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage project teams effectively.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong business acumen to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Experience in change management to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
