  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage project teams effectively.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Experience in change management to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
