Mobilizer

About the Role We are looking for an energetic and committed Mobilizer to support our skill development programs under CSR initiatives, focusing on students and youth. The mobilizer will play a critical role in engaging young people, creating awareness about training opportunities, and helping them access resources that enhance their employability and career growth. Key Responsibilities Engage with schools, colleges, youth clubs, and community groups to promote skill development programs. Identify and mobilize students and unemployed youth to participate in training and employment-oriented initiatives. Conduct awareness drives, workshops, and career guidance sessions. Assist in organizing training schedules, enrollment drives, and follow-up activities. Support in baseline surveys, feedback collection, and impact assessment. Help resolve issues and provide guidance to youth throughout the program lifecycle. Maintain proper documentation, attendance records, and progress reports. Collaborate with trainers, institutions, and community leaders to ensure program success. Support CSR reporting and ensure alignment with project objectives. Qualifications Educational Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary or Graduation. Experience in working with students, youth, or community development initiatives is preferred. Strong communication and outreach skills. Ability to connect with diverse groups of young people. Comfortable working in both field and virtual settings. Basic knowledge of data collection and reporting tools (Excel, Google Forms, etc.). Passionate about youth empowerment and education.
