Skill Development Coordinator & Trainer We are seeking a proactive and experienced Skill Development Coordinator and Trainer to design, implement, and facilitate training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of students, professionals, or community participants. The role involves curriculum planning, training delivery, assessment, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure effective skill development. Responsibilities: ·        Mobilize and enroll candidates for various skill development programs. ·        Coordinate training schedules, trainer assignments, and logistical arrangements. ·        Deliver engaging sessions on soft skills, communication, or job readiness. ·        Maintain participant records, attendance, and performance tracking. ·        Facilitate job placements or post-training linkages with employers. Requirements: ·        Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ·        1–3 years of experience in training, mobilization, or skill development programs. ·        Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills. ·        Basic knowledge of MS Office. ·        Ability to engage youth and motivate them towards skill-based learning and employment.
