Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Repair Technician to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various mobile phones and tablets. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a passion for solving complex hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and identify faults in mobile phones and tablets, including hardware, software, and water damage.

* Repair & Replacement: Perform intricate repairs on devices, including but not limited to, screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, and motherboard-level component soldering (e.g., ICs, connectors).

* Software Solutions: Handle software-related issues such as firmware updates, OS reinstallation, and data recovery.

* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough post-repair testing to ensure all functions of the device are working correctly and meet company standards.

* Customer Communication: Interact with customers to understand their issues and explain the repair process, estimated costs, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.

* Inventory Management: Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts and tools, and report any shortages.

* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs performed, including parts used and time spent.

* Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technology, repair techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A certification in mobile repair or electronics is a significant plus.

* Experience: Proven experience as a mobile repair technician, with a strong portfolio of successful repairs. Experience with both Android and iOS devices is highly preferred.

* Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in using a variety of repair tools (e.g., soldering iron, multimeter, hot air gun).

* Strong knowledge of mobile phone components and their functions.

* Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.

* Understanding of mobile operating systems (Android, iOS).

* Soft Skills:

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
