Troubleshoot handset defects 3. Handle handset related queries 4. Record job entry in Customer Relationship Management portal 5. Upgrade software of handsets 6. Assemble / dismantle smartphones - unibody/duo body. 7. Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera etc 8. Repair handsets by PCB swap, charging connecter replacement etc 9.
