Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand CRMJIO’s product features and provide accurate information to clients and prospects. Manage end-to-end tasks related to [sales / support / development / marketing — depending on role]. Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and offer suitable solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Development, Support) to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records in CRMJIO’s internal systems for leads, tickets, or projects. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned. Provide timely updates and reports to the team lead or manager. Stay updated on product upgrades and industry trends to enhance client interactions. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in [Business, IT, Marketing, or relevant field] or equivalent experience. Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills may apply (training will be provided). Experienced candidates should have 1–3 years in [sales, customer service, marketing, or software development — depending on role]. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English preferred). Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities. Basic computer knowledge; experience with CRM software is an advantage. Other Requirements: Positive attitude and team spirit. Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets.
