About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Mobile App Developer
to
modernize existing reporting capabilities
and enable them through a
cross-platform mobile application
. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the
Ionic Framework
,
Capacitor plugins
, and
data integration
across multiple sources to deliver
visually rich
,
user-friendly dashboards
for
iOS
and
Android
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Ionic Framework.
- Build and publish apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Connect and integrate various data sources, import datasets, and bind data to dynamic dashboards.
- Implement native mobile features leveraging Capacitor and custom plugins when required.
- Develop apps with intuitive UI/UX and rich data visualizations using modern visualization libraries and industry-leading tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, data engineers, and backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and performance optimization.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ionic Framework – Extensive experience in developing and maintaining hybrid mobile applications.
- Capacitor Plugins – Experience in using and creating custom plugins for native functionality.
- Mobile Platforms – Proven track record in iOS and Android app development, deployment, and publishing.
- Data/Web Services Integration – Strong understanding of REST APIs, data binding, and real-time data visualization.
- UI/UX & Visualization – Ability to design responsive, interactive dashboards and mobile-optimized interfaces.
- Data Virtualization & Integration – Familiarity with connecting apps to enterprise data sources, APIs, and cloud backends.
- Development Methodologies – Experience with Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills – Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration abilities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
- Experience with Firebase, Azure App Services, or AWS Amplify.
- Knowledge of charting/visualization libraries like D3.js, Chart.js, or Highcharts.
- Familiarity with mobile security standards and app performance optimization.
- Experience integrating with Power BI, Tableau Mobile, or other BI platforms.
