Our mobile experiences are central to this mission — helping thousands of learners access content, track progress, engage with mentors, and stay motivated throughout their journey.We are looking for a talented Mobile App Developer with strong React Native expertise and foundational knowledge of the MERN stack to help us build fast, reliable, and user-focused mobile apps that scale.What You’ll DoMobile App Development (Primary)Develop high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile applications using React Native.Build reusable components, implement smooth UI/UX interactions, and ensure cross-platform consistency across iOS and Android.Work with native modules or integrations when needed (Android/iOS bridge knowledge is a plus).Optimize apps for speed, stability, offline handling, and battery efficiency.Backend & API Integration (Secondary / MERN)Collaborate with backend engineers on Node.js/Express APIs, or contribute directly when needed.Understand MongoDB schemas, API contracts, and data flows to implement clean integration within the app.Debug full-stack issues that span frontend ↔ backend ↔ infrastructure.Product & CollaborationWork closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into efficient mobile features.Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.Provide input on architecture decisions, app structure, and long-term technical roadmap.Quality, Testing & DeploymentImplement unit tests, integration tests, and automated UI tests where applicable.Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery, leveraging tools like Fastlane, App Center, Firebase, or similar.Diagnose and fix bugs, crashes, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.What We’re Looking For

Required

2–4 years of hands-on development experience in mobile or full-stack engineering.Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile development best practices.Experience integrating backend APIs, working with Redux/Context, and managing mobile state efficiently.Understanding of Node.js, Express, and MongoDB (MERN fundamentals).Solid debugging skills across network calls, async flows, and state transitions.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, REST API integration, and mobile app signing/build processes.Nice to HaveExperience with React Native animations, deep linking, push notifications, or native module integrations.Knowledge of Firebase services (Auth, Messaging, Crashlytics, Remote Config).Basic understanding of performance marketing funnels, analytics instrumentation, or event tracking.Prior experience in EdTech or building apps with high engagement loops.Skills: communication,ownership,problem solving
