Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mixologist to join our team, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating innovative cocktails and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with the bar team to create unique and personalized cocktails for customers.
Conduct research on new trends and ingredients in the culinary world to stay updated.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all cocktails served.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Mixologist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective teamwork.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is essential for maintaining high-quality standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
