Maintain and update TA data and reports with 100% accuracy.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards on hiring funnel, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and requisition-to-offer metrics.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports for leadership and business reviews.
Identify hiring trends and provide actionable insights to improve TA processes.
Partner with TA leadership to design and standardize dashboards and reporting templates.
Manage TA compliance, governance, and reporting accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High attention to detail and data governance
Team management and stakeholder coordination skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field
