As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled MIS Manager to oversee data management, reporting systems, and ensure seamless information flow across business functions. Work Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai . Year Of Experience : 5 to 10 Years. Education : Any Degree . IT Skill : MS Excel (advanced) , SQL , and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred). Industry: TPA, Health Insurance, or Healthcare Administration domains. Job description. Design, develop, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal and client requirements. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of operational, claims, finance, and management reports. Manage and monitor data systems, health claims software (e.g., Mediware, i-TAP, or equivalent TPA software). Implement data validation and integrity checks. Analyze trends in claims processing, cashless transactions, settlement TAT, and operational efficiencies. Provide actionable insights to management for process improvement and decision-making. Collaborate with IT teams, Operations, Claims, and other departments for data requirements. Ensure compliance with IRDAI reporting norms and TPA data management guidelines. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and streamlining of MIS and reporting processes. Maintain and upgrade existing reporting tools and dashboards.
