MIS Executive

Job Summary:
WeVOIS Labs Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the Vehicle Maintenance Department. The role focuses on maintaining accurate maintenance data, preparing MIS reports, tracking vehicle performance, and supporting timely follow-ups to ensure efficient fleet maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to vehicle maintenance and fleet operations
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle breakdowns, repairs, downtime, and maintenance schedules
• Use Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) for data analysis and reporting
• Track pending maintenance activities and perform regular follow-ups with internal teams and vendors
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and service teams for data collection and validation
• Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance MIS reports
• Support management with accurate data and insights for decision-making

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in vehicle maintenance, fleet management, or operations
• Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Experience with fleet management systems or ERP tools
• Exposure to maintenance MIS or operations reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
