Job Overview:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive (Male) to manage data reporting, analysis, and support for ongoing education and skilling projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MIS operations, strong Excel skills, and prior exposure to working within the education or skill development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and generate regular reports on project and student data
• Manage data entry, validation, formatting, and reconciliation using Excel and internal MIS tools
• Coordinate with operations, project, and field teams for data collection and report accuracy
• Prepare dashboards, charts, and trend analyses for management reporting
• Track student enrollments, assessments, attendance, certifications, and placement records
• Ensure data compliance with NSDC/education-sector guidelines and reporting formats
• Support audit and documentation requirements with accurate, timely MIS reports

Required Skills:

• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with MIS tools, ERP systems, or cloud-based reporting platforms
• Ability to analyze and present large data sets in actionable formats
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of NSDC/Skill India/education reporting systems is a strong advantage

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Computer Applications, IT, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Data Management roles
• Prior experience in the Education, Skill Development, or Training sector is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
