MIS Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our EV manufacturing operations by managing and analysing business data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to help management make informed decisions related to production, sales, procurement, and manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyse data from various departments (production, HR, accounts, and stores).

Prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily production, material usage, and manpower performance.

Generate dashboards and analytical reports for management review.

Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with teams to ensure accuracy.

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and record systems.

Support management in planning and forecasting based on data insights.

Coordinate with the IT team for data backup and system maintenance.

Prepare reports for audits and management meetings.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Applications.

1–4 years of experience in MIS, data management, or reporting (manufacturing industry preferred).

Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Charts) and MS Office tools.

Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple data sources and meet reporting deadlines.
