Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, prepare business reports, and ensure smooth information flow across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to generate insights that support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate MIS reports.
Maintain databases and ensure timely data updates and accuracy.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and operational reports.
Automate reports using Excel macros, Power Query, or other BI tools.
Coordinate with various departments to gather data and prepare consolidated reports.
Identify data discrepancies, perform data audits, and ensure data integrity.
Support management with analytical insights for decision-making.
Create dashboards, charts, and performance trackers.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client data at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Macros).
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Google Data Studio (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
Experience in [specific industry, if applicable — e.g., telecom, finance, or manufacturing] is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
