About the Role:
We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Commercial team. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting management through timely and reliable reports — no IT degree required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update data records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal teams and management.
• Support the commercial team by organizing and verifying data from various departments.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
• Assist in tracking project performance metrics and financial data as required.
• Generate Excel-based summaries, charts, and dashboards for decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and consolidate information.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Strong command over MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive data work with accuracy and consistency.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Education Qualification:

• B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or any Diploma holder (Candidates with IT degrees are not preferred for this role).
