Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ERP/MIS system. Reporting: Generate reports on sales, purchases, inventory, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). GRN Management: Ensure timely and accurate creation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming goods. E-Way Bill Management: Generate and manage E-Way Bills for all outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with GST regulations. STO Management: Manage Store Transfer Out (STO) process, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of goods between stores. Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance. Requirements/Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or a related field. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in an MIS role (FMCG Industry is a plus). Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Proficiency in MS Office. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our products and industry trends.
